ARMANI PRIVE HAUTE COUTURE 2012 in simple elegance and stunning accessories!
Armani Prive Haute Couture 2012 Fall/Winter was full of velvet and silk satin, in black and midnight blue, which is my favorite color for silk velvet, it is absolutely delicious!
Bravo to Mr. Armani, and his team that came together in this Armani Prive Haute Couture 2012 production, for staying true to his signature strong suits, namely, doing menswear trousers for women with a flowing and comfortable lady-like flair!
Secondly, his famous eveningwear did not disappoint me this season.
Elegant yet bold and striking, he really does take the lead in making a woman feel self-assured and confident, and most of his styles reflect a comfortable yet luxurious appeal.
Armani Prive' haute couture is definitely not for every woman. I envision his client to be a bold and confident woman of strength, who already knows her power and purpose, and who also knows how to move gracefully AND comfortably through life! A super-needy or clingy woman just would never choose these bold and powerful designs!
I was pleased to see Armani Prive' haute couture carrying on the tradition of what I call the "Comfortable Powerful Woman" style. Even his black evening gown with the jewel-tone print still had an air of importance and no-nonsense elegance.
Also the rose colored pants and top have a strong and confident signature!
This year's choice of flat pointed shoes is right in keeping with his comfy
"Menswear made feminine" signature! I am quite sure the models were relieved too!
And I like his choice in headgear....unique, bold, and yet somehow not
ridiculous!
Yet I must confess, that as a designer myself, I am "green" with envy for some of his exclusive silk and satin fabrics!!! Where does he source them? Armani Prive' haute couture has surprised and delighted us for several seasons with a unique "liquid metal" shimmering satin that just jumps out at your eyeballs!
OH! I just MUST get my hands on some of this! I already have 23 sketches made up and waiting to be materialized! My book of sketches is becoming too large to fit in my couture handbag! Why did the big bags go out of style!? Let's get them back next season, they are sure practical!
I am starting my search for the magical liquid-metal miracle fabric! If I have to scour the world, I will! This is just too tempting!

- Then, thanks to 3-D printing technology we take our clients measurements by their 3-D body-scan.
- We then conduct their fittings on their 3-D printed mannequin printed from their body-scan. (All new first time clients are required to get a scan and have a print out done. We facilitate this process quickly and easily.)
