A Model Development Seminar for up-and-coming celebrity Fashion Models. This conclusive and informative seminar will be conducted by East Coast Model Scout, Model Coach, and Photographer for Exel Management, namely Virginia Rose Hodges. Miss Hodges will be coming in from D.C. where she is now based out of to share the vital knowledge and techniques characterized by East Coast Fashion Culture. She and her A-list team of Stylists and Models are flying in to the Midwest up-and-coming fashion hub of Chicago to share many of the working secrets that make the East Coast fashion culture based in New York a world class and vibrant mecca for the global fashion and modeling industries.

Models for this section of the celebrity fashion models based on talent and learning ability and application will compete throughout seminar to be the Cover Model for the next issue of East Coast Based Surreal Beauty Mag. The Model will be chosen based on results of Photo Shoot.
Model Photo Shoot: With Fashion and Celebrity Photographer Virginia Hodges, several models will be selected for an editorial for Surreal Beauty Mag and the Best Model will get the Cover. The Photo Shoot Will include one look from j-na couture and GSb Men's Couture with 10 digital retouched images. Models to bring Model Bag and female Models to bring lashes.
Live Interviews with Fashion Culture TV, the only Cable TV show all on local Fashion Culture with National and International Reviews.

- We conduct our consultations on zoom.
- Then, thanks to 3-D printing technology we take our clients measurements by their 3-D body-scan.
- We then conduct their fittings on their 3-D printed mannequin printed from their body-scan. (All new first time clients are required to get a scan and have a print out done. We facilitate this process quickly and easily.)
